My name is Mike and I am an inventor and entrepreneur in Wichita, KS. I have several products and clients I work with. We designed a balance bike about 7 years ago called a TootScoot. It was one of the few balance bikes on the market at the time and to this day is the smallest and most unique. The TootScoot allows kids as young as 18 months to be able to comfortably scoot along! Our slogan is “If you can walk you can ride” and it is true. We have had children as young as 13 months scooting around! Part of our unique design are the wide tires. They are smooth, solid rubber and allows the child to use it indoors and outdoors without tracking in a lot of dirt or rocks. Also there is no maintenance with having to add air in the tires or replace them when they get worn out. This bike is built solid and we have stories and pictures of some of the original bikes from 7 years ago going strong and being passed down from child to child and even other families!
